Setting
up Outlook Express Version 5 or 6
(Graphics may look slightly
different depending
what Operating system you are using)
1. Double click Outlook Express. 
2. From the Tools menu, click Accounts.
(If you have never configured, or used, your Outlook Express email
program, the Internet Connection Wizard will open automatically.
In this case, go to step 5.)

3. You can remove any or all of the mail accounts you don't want by
selecting
them and clicking the Remove. Then click the
Add button and choose Mail.
4. In the Display name line, type your
name as you want it to appear to others..
click Next
6. In the E-mail address, type your email address.
Click next
8. Now make sure the My incoming mail is a server
is set to POP3.
9. In the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server, type
(i.e.) mail.usachoice.net or
whatever your ISP provided for you.
10. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server, type (i.e.)
mail.usachoice.net, or
whatever your ISP provided for you.
Click Next
12. In the Account Name, type your username
(which is your email)
13. In the Password , type your email password.
14. Check the box next to Remember Password if you
want to save your password.
15. Click the Next, Finish, then Close
